If Racism is a child, Caste and Casteism is it's Mother? NO. Caste in one form or other is present in each and every country in the world. In US it might be know as races, in Serbia it might be know in some other name. The point is divisions amongst human beings whether in the form of Caste, Religion or Race is not going to go away. You can not just portray Caste system in India is the problem. The main problem is poverty. There are millions of poor people in India. Governement has no solution on how to handle poverty. And that is the problem. Yes, the problem is Indian governments blind eye towards adopting what is good for the Indian society and the fear of change.

In India most of the crimes against humanity is conducted with the blessings from Police. Indian police will accept money and without money or a political push police will not act. Police officers are most dreaded and most people are afraid to talk to them.

But wait, what has Indian government done to improve the policing? We can do a lot for our police departments - Pay the police well, create more transaparency on police work, involve communities in police work, hire more woman cops. Where do we get the money for all these?- create a system where people will pay income taxes.>

India's econmic growth is hatched and conducted by US MNCs and British. There is nothing Indian government to be proud of. India's transormation is happening according to foreign multinationals and super rich in India. For India, in the present state, a GDP growth of 10 - 12% can be acheived if Indian goverment just provide the infrastructure like roads and airports.Justice J S Verma, former Chairperson of the National Human Rights Commission (India) has said that the law enforcement agencies are the biggest violators of human rights in the country of India. Indians will never admit their society's mistakes or realize their proud culture is one of the worst and backward bending cultures in the world

Indians believe they are morally superior in the world and what ever they do in their life is the right thing to do. There is lack of accountability in India. Most of the poor people (almost 50%) does not approach police. Poor people are afraid of police and court system, because a court case for a minor molestation case or a property dispute case will take 10 years to get a verdict. Police Station is often seen as a place for executing cruelity - just like you saw in SLUMDOG MILLIONNAIRE

After decades of Indian men taking care of India and controlling woman, India is in forefront in child prostitution and AIDS. Yes, there is something wrong with Indian men's throught process which needs to change.

Indian Ladies has to play a part. Indian ladies have to come out. Child prostitution and child molestation is not going to stop until Indian ladies will take these matters into their hands. Do not be ashamed to complain against injustice including your husband and family. Unfortuanately a decent Indian woman are not supposed to take part in public debates. Their place is in Kitchen and rich married ladies are indeed safe as long as they keep their mouth shut.

Let us recruit more police officers and track them. Or create a community level police system as a supplement to present police system. Let us have more community involvement in police. Police must be made accountable. Let Indian government constitute a system to monitor police. Create a database to track repeat offenders, police rapists, bribes etc. Create a database to track collusion between political parties and police. After all India has so many IT guys who can do the job at a very low cost.

EMANCIPATE WOMAN. CURRENTLY THERE IS NO INPUT FROM THE OTHER HALF IN DECISION MAKING. LET WOMAN MAKES DECISIONS AS WELL. LET US HAVE 50% WOMAN PARTICIPATION IN ALL FIELDS INCLUDING POLICE. ONCE THIS HAPPENS, THE WHOLE INDIA WILL CHANGE. INDIA WILL GET A PERMANENT SEAT ON UN.
